Darren & Rich,
I still hold the FAR125 Certificate for Jege Inc. The FAA has been asking if we are going to add another
aircraft and utilize the Certificate, it's been 2 years since we have operated an aircraft using the 125cert, the
FAA has been asking me to surrender this Certificate back to them if we don't add a plane. I've been stalling
them with BBJ search, even though I would operate a BBJ under FAR 91 regs, since a BBJ can be operated
under 91 regulations, unlike the the Boeing 727.
I've been contacted by Dave Zantop who would like to Purchase our 125 Certificate, the only way this could
happen, if we sold him Jege Inc, which has no assets accept the FAR125 certificate, he is willing to Pay
$50,000 to purchase Jege Inc, which hold the 125certificate, the asset.
Do you think this is feasible? not sure if JE would be willing, but wanted to run this by you and Rich first?
If you think this is possible, I still need to get the FAA to bless this transaction as well, Dave Zantop would do
all the leg work negotiating with the FAA for the transfer.,
Just wanted your thoughts first?
It took me months to put the 125 GOM ("General Operations Manual") together, that is way, its advantages to
Zantop to purchase the 125cert since all the books and Certificate has been issued.
Zantop is looking to Purchase a Boeing 727 for the Roush Racing team, (NASCAR Racing). I believe he is
looking to purchase the Getty B727 he may have under contract.

Thoughts? Or should I keep stalling the FAA and surrender the Certificate if they insist?
Thx,
Larry
