Adam will meet with Wu through the mutual friend - naturally, as he is CEO of sports events company and had
minor prior relations. As noted, Wu has no strong political connections, which is very helpful - so we will try to
find person/people who affect him or business. That's China. If progress, I will meet on next trip early March.
Valuation is down - last 2 years poor performance, hurt by e-commerce Alibaba and JD.Com. Model is moving
to off-price, not latest. Still, of course, the value is vastly more than what she was 'offered'.

hyper-aggressive, shady entrepreneurs. He does not have serious political connections, especially not in
Shanghai - which for us is good news. The informal assessment is that he taking advantage of a foreign
partner simply because he can. The other piece of hard news is that my Chinese partner in Beijing, Adam
Zhu - in the sports business as I think I mentioned (he was the CEO of IMG China) - seems to have
uncovered a mutual friend that Adam and Wu have in common (a major Chinese sports entrepreneur). We'll
see what we learn, go from there. Adam has had some passing business acquaintance with Really Sports,
will try to get an industry sense of valuation.

Arbitration results Wu claims were fully rejected. Stating that we did not breach any law and where
acting correctly and timely.
Our claims were not supported ( not rejected)as arbitrators can not make decisions on board
resolutions and company registration with AIC. Arbitrators stated that we should resolve the matter in
local(Shanghai) court it is not their jurisdiction to decide.
Confirmation by state does which i receive this weekend company valuation re confirmed net worth of
mr wu reconfirmed and found out that he operates a parallel 100 companies under the same name of
