I'd love to just get this done. Peter's MSI order arrived on island earlier this week for Pebble Beach and Peter was here the following morning to work with it. I understand we're still searching for a Carmix operator and/or trainer, and that this bears solid impact on progress with all our concrete-related projects (Pebble Beach, roads, etc.). I'd like to ask Rich or Mike to chime in on where we are with that.
