And CVS is wanting to hold on to the other S76 until June, (Serial 714), depending on how much flying
they do between now and June will only decrease the value of that helicopter since only 500 hours remain
until engine overhaul FYI.

CVS would like to counter at $3M. They are deferring the decision on selling the other helicopter until
June. Please let me know if we can move forward on N722JE. If so, we can formalize the LOI and then
start working on the first draft of the APA.
