Just as a reference, here is the text messages I received from Matt the broker yesterday:
"I'm thinking I will just recommend that we use the items that are due in April as the pre buy. Standard deal no
rush. It was really the director of Maintenance pushing back on the 36 mo not the execs,
so I will just need to overrule him. Let me know what u think"
"I was thinking u r right about 36 mo. It kinda makes sense for u to do that as pit buy. I need to have john tell me
exactly what is due in April. We will be fair. Sony if I was short last night"
