Respectfully,
I was at the table when JE gave the instruction to look at the Puerto Rico boat. I had been summoned to
discuss boats large and small. We had reviewed our options and JE agreed a look see was in order for the
aluminum boat in Puerto Rico

Good afternoon Rich.
Sony for the delay in responding.
With regard to the look see of the crew boat in PR, we have discussed this particular boat a couple times with
JE at the white table. The last time was during his last visit and he said to go take a look. We were delayed in
doing so both on our end and on the PR end for various scheduling reasons and today just worked for both
sides. There will be both pictures and a report generated by Boscoe and Patrick this weekend and submitted.
Price negotiations have not been started because this trip needed to happen first as there will be work required,
EFTA01033530
on our part, to the boat in order to put it into service. The scope of that work is being determined during this
trip and with that scope in hand a budget number can be put together to then move forward with purchase price
negotiations.
The tropical BOL's are already scheduled to be picked up and brought out to LSJ on Monday.

We ran into some delays with our order at MSI yesterday which delayed our trucker. A Tropical run was
meant to be done yesterday_ The items we receive from Tropical are almost always important. At the same
time, they are not in peril. To my knowledge our work is not delayed by waiting to pick it up Monday
morning. However, per your request, we'll try to arrange for tomorrow.
The person showing the boat was not available over the weekend. We did request this.
Mr. Epstein is coming Tuesday. We wanted to have more information in hand before his arrival. Thus we
scheduled our two most knowledgeable boat captains for Friday.
Can you please help me understand what expenses managers are allowed to authorize and what expenses
need to go through you? This has never been clear to me. If you can help me better understand these
perimeters, I will be happy to abide by them.
Thank you,

not sure what dropped communication is as there was never any communication about this..
it appears no one approved visit which should never occur without jee or i viewing pictures, details etc..
please advise why this is occurring on a day when 3 important items should be picked up from tropical and
delivered to LSJ..

I apologize for the dropped communication. Puerto Rico is a 20 minute plane ride from here. They left
and are coming back today. We wanted to gain information before putting another boat forward for
EFTA01033531
consideration.

getting our order together.
