Greetings Sir, I apologize for delay, communicating with Mr Hodge owner of the boat has been difficult. the vessel blew one of
her motors and its not runnin right now. He has provided this survey that was conducted on the vessel, the last offer you
offered was 115k but after looking at survey I think it should be lower since it basically has no motors. Please advice course to
take.
