According our previous discussion, we are pleased to send to you our fees proposal for the LIBRARY PROJECT
concerning the detailed design package.
This is included:
• Architectural plans for raising of the roof, surrounding windows
• Roof frame and timberworks ceiling
• New floor (parquet)
• Pieces of furniture or lighting (additional or replace)
We have included the assistance and coordination with the Main Contractor ( ATELIERS de FRANCE) for al development
of the project.
