We wanted to provide a brief update on the Lyft IPO. Unfortunately, our allocation was significantly below the amount we
were hoping to receive. There will not be any overage going into a side pocket (i.e. no "Lyft Upsize Amount") and
unfortunately even the fund's allocation will not be significant. We certainly hope better opportunities come up in the
future that we can share with you.
