Seems like it's pretty hard to get an apartment. We both don't have enough money on our accounts.
Me and_found a really good one and trying to get it, while looking for something else.
I've convinced him that I should have the money on My account to prove that we have enough.
Hopefully we get approved this way and I simply transfer the money back.
Worst case scenario had to do last time he got an apartment in nyc- is to pay the rent for a whole year
upfront.
I hope it won't come to that, but there is a possibility..
Could you please transfer 54.000 (money for the whole year) to my account (it's all just in case of emergency) I
really hopii• n't come to this!!
But if yes, would pay it back as fast as he can!
