I thought of Mr. E. when this property came on the market Friday. It's an interior (north side) lot however the
appreciation on the lake block (El Brillo, El Bravo, El Vedado) have really sky rocketed in price. So needless
to say, the waterfront homes are really sought after and are getting quite the premium pricing.
Just wanted to keep you in the loop. Hope you are enjoying spring break! All good here in Palm Beach with
regard to real estate.
