At this point it's negligible,
PBI - TEB is 2+10 (+44kt tailwind)
PBI - Islip is 2+05 (+44kt tailwind).
If we land to the North at Teterboro, such as ILS 6 circle to land Rwy 1 could save 10min,
current /Forecast wind for TEB is 300° would mean a North Landing, but its a guess at this point.
