Gentlemen... we have spent a considerable amount of time and money designing and evaluating a build schedule for
your project. Given our current production schedule and the addition of an earlier Right of Refusal client stepping
forward to have another boat built we are now way out of the projected timeline of early 2020. The delay may even
become longer as a second client in line before you appears to be close to committing. We have each worked
diligently to define the boat and you have been patient as we evaluated our build schedule. Regrettable we see no
way to meet the 2020 delivery schedule. We do not feel it is reasonable to ask you to wait two years to get your boat.
In good faith we would like to return your full $10K Right of Refusal deposit so you can pursue other options. Please
forward wire transfer instructions or if you wish, mailing instructions with appropriate account name for the check.
