sorry, but I appear to be beating a very dead horse. As my email reflects - I thought the position was too
aggressive.! I said so. I was over-ruled " the lawyers , who do this all the time say blah, blah " .result - you
now have three separate NYS units reviewing your 1031 transaction. this is an example of why i dont want to
engage on the airplane and hear what your advisors think . . have a good trip. I m in new york next wed thurs..
