IF she agrees, and we should push, you have found a person to give her a 5 year mortage. that you will be
pay the interest and the principal at the end of the five years. she will sign a loan/ mortgage appliccaoitn
with a co. she will need furniture. so 2 million ? or the orignial loan can say total 3 million over 5 or six
years to be drawn down 2m initial , plus 250 per year for 4 years. ? this keeps it off your balance sheet or
gaming.. she might ask what happends if something happens to you. ? paid this assumes she behaves.?
