understood. so you have the facts. noam is entitled to all the income from the trust, and really the principal
, ( as it is the trustees decision really on ly for legal nicieties. ). if he pays the 30k they should pay it to him ..
if the trust owns other income producing assets they should have also transfered that income to him. rental
icome . interest . dividients etc. I am sensitive to the family dynamics however
