Dear Jeffrey,
Noam requested his children to have an amendment to the promissory note, but it seems they are not willing to
do it. They suggested Noam to talk to their lawyer. The situation is surreal to me.
We have a lot to talk, but we are trying to gather all the documents you requested us.
We are traveling tomorrow to Tucson, where we are going to stay until July 12. Will you be around in the West?
From there we are going to Uruguay for Noam's talks. A lot of work in the middle of the stress.
