Bloomberg and a Swiss magasine want to publish today a " rumor" that they have heard: we would be sellers of
our group to a Swiss or French bank and have been looking since 2016.
Very surprised to hear that...esp since it s definitely not what I m looking to do
My fine with CSSF is settled for good tomorrow - 9 Mio- with a good statement issued by them saying that they
are satisfied with the necessary measures put in place to put the bk in the right direction
