Bonjour Jeffrey,
As I am working on your project and regarding all your comments, I was wondering if you have in mind a
completely different project , or I can continue on the kind of project I have proposed ? (Of course , I will take
care of your comments).
For example :
- Gym: the gym room will move on other place.
- Theater: It will be as big as a commercial one . I am not sure it will be at the same place as I have proposed on
my first study ( depends on the possibility to excavate as deep as it is needed for a such volume )... I don't know
for the moment...
- Pool / terrace / garden: The living area will be more or less at the level of the garden in order to connect the
terrace and the garden.
- Master bedroom: I have modified it.
- Office: You told me you like it so I will keep it as on my propsal.
- Living area: Do you feel comfortable with flat ceiling or do you prefer to have a traditional roof?
- Entry & access:I will find the way to create an entry and access for you which will be different for your staff.
- Parking: Road access will be behind the house, at the top of the hill. Parking at the top for the Staff and another
parking at the level of the living area for you and your guest.
