Ron Ray informs they want an offer to begin with a 2.
So I said,. Why would we bid against our self?
I told them I'd update my principle and let them know whether we would engage further or Pass,.
As I mentioned Ron Ray is arrogant,. Victor their director of maintenance confided with me, he was a very
nice guy and said they are very motivated to get rid of the BBJ,.
Pls advise how to properly respond?
