she is asking for a letter stating that she is no longer on payroll as she says that is a requirement to obtain health
insurance on her own
not sure that is accurate, regardless her last date on payroll was 5-7-2017
please advise on letter and if health insurance should terminate on 5-7-2017 or 5-31-2017
