I spoke to Wechsler. , i explained why , I CANNOT the one expected to try to convince joslin ada and tom to
be pragmatic . He said he agreed and understood. I have not asked for an email confirmation of his statements
, but if there is any suggestion of misunderstanding , whatsoever , I am happy to re-explain on the phone to you
or in person with him .
That being said. as he has repeatedly pointed out to me, I am not inexpensive. . to move forward if you
choose to do so. please detail for me what you would like me to do- if anything. We will require a firm
understanding of my responsiblity , authority, goals. and a clear agreement as to payment size timing and
conditions . there are of course many options ie sharing benefits. , percentages. fixed amounts. hold backs.
etc. re : TRA BRH fire drill, hopefully ,not xxxx . . I will not feel in any way insulted if you choose the
much cheaper path without me. so no worry. however We are still not settled on past fees. and should set a
meeting with Alan and Paul Weiss whenever you choose.
