Dear Jeffrey,
Thank you for taking the time to consider our request and potentially helping the International Police and Fire
Chaplains Association (IPFCA).
The IPFCA was founded on January 1, 2000. It's primary mission is to help police officers and firefighters during
traumatic times by helping with education, counseling, equipment and funding.
The training is certified and endorsed by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement, MCOLES, and
recognised by city and federal agencies across the United States.
More specifically, a financial gift can do one of the following:
I) Provide training, education, and certification to Police and Fire Chaplains.
2) Training, education and counseling to police officers and firefighters suffering from Post Traumatic Stress in
times of tragedy, along with their families, who in many instances have been effected by trauma.
3) Counseling the families of police officers and firefighters when the officers have been seriously hurt, maimed
or killed in the line of duty.
4) Equipping the IPFCA teams for travel to cities where trauma or domestic terrorism has taken place. This
would also include weather related tragedies.
The IPFCA is a 501C3 charity, NO. 56-2502116.
Kind regards,
Julian
