As you requested, these are some of the documents we received today from our lawyer. It is strange that the text
of the promissory note doesn't have the name of the entity Pershing completed, but it has the observation from
the lawyer to have it inserted in the document "[insert full name ofPershing entity)". I don't know if it makes
any difference.
