Subject: 2012 CHANGE -- NYS
Because of the federal change in 2012 income, an amended NYS return will be necessary to
reflect the federal change. The state and city tax on the 2012 adjustment will be approximately
$115,000 plus interest. We will prepare an amended NYS return to reflect change. NYS requires
that federal changes be reported within 90 days of the notice of federal change.
We will have this done later this week.
