recommend that payment of $360,329.91 be made now.... which includes interest to May 5th.
If you wait, the IRS will send an actual bill with additional interest. It may take a few weeks.
I will write a brief confirmatory letter. Will fax this a.m.

Barry- jeffrey suggests torn draft a short confirmatory letter to agent vs a call. Also, torn I was under the
impression we rec-d a "notice" from the irs, not a bill so there is nothing to pay at this moment, ie, bill comes in
a couple of weeks? Is that incorrect?
