The door/skylight delay has held up the completion of the roof but pretty much on schedule, with work
continuing with install of cabinets & exterior tiles about to begin.
LSJ Staff Cottage Doors - E Mail forwarded to Rich 4/20 from MSI St Thomas noting their error in ordering
Skylights, will arrive 4/29 MSI did not order the windows when requested. All expected to be on site end of
April
Pending 4/17 - AC Unit Replacement quote forwarded to RK
3/6 - Furniture Package forwarded RK & JE
Variable Speed Pump - please read Danny's response on Project Report to this request???
HP Pump RO - E Mail forwarded to Rich & Daphne - Pump shipped 4/24 ETA Tropical FL 4/28
