Hi Stephen,
My name is Shannon Reed and I work with Christine Gibbons at Sotheby's in Palm Beach. Tina asked me to
send along information regarding a home located which you had previously expressed an
interest. The home recently sold for $9.1M, however, was recorded at $8.6M and the new owners decided to
do a major renovation.
I am sending along two properties that may be of interest to you. At this time of year, we often see Sellers
more motivated to sell as we approach the summer months.
I also wanted to mention there is a lot located at which is large and located on a desirable lake
block street, that may be available. If you like, I could obtain additional information.
