plan is for john to sleep at sam's place tonight and leave tomorrow at 7am when crew boat arrives

No, I don't know what every person on the island is doing at all times. If I were to oversee every single
person, I would not get anything else done.
I get it. You are not happy with my performance and I can accept that and will pack my bag .But I never
signed up to be an island manager. You asked me to come sort out the situation with Brice rd Anna
and staffing in general.
I found a couple you like, split up Anna an' so they can co exist and gave them realistic areas of
responsibility.
On top of that, I've been keeping an eye on both and Anna's areas of responsibility and helped out
where needed. Including spending all my day Satt.cleaning beaches and plucking weeds, rearranging
stones for your arrival.
I've never once had a chance to sit down to define my role with you. I was asked to come to do one thing
and then is expected to do something entirely different.
Sony it did not work out.
I will coordinate my departure with Rich
