went to marrkech . saw the property, somewhat interesting. elegant potential - lots of work however
needed to finish, lots!! - . garden is only half done. not complete as suggested. - there is a small guest
house where madam lives. small kitchen. shell of main house has sat for 10 years , outside ceramic.
inside only a concrete shell. perfect for pascal there is a single pool and shaded structure that is great. - it
would take two years to finish at a minimum. electric ,walls , interior . gardens, infrastructure, . many silly
follies. . underground disco? underground sitting.. underground tunnels. . Your friend said she wants 20m.
euro. . probably worth between 8-10. as much of if not all of , current work would need re-do. fountains. .
electric. water. . I dont want to insult the current owner by submitting an offer that she woudl be offended
by. however at 8-10 Id buy it, I know the family , but of course will let your friend and also you get a
commission if paid so i will only deal through you. FYI, the owner was special , so like my properties not
a lot of willing or able buyers,
