He informs that Chevron is prepared to give a price discount on the Purchase price of $200k.
His attorneys are standing by to adjust the contract to lower the purchase price to $15,800,000

Lee informs he would send his crew to Westfield tomorrow to arrive by 5pm then fly the G550 to Welmington
Thesday night, and be prepared to close Wednesday morning.
If you approve Lea will have his attorneys draft the amended contract ASAP
