I don't think I'm being clear.
Mr. Epstein gave Amy a suggestion for a new landing. She was to investigate, after determining its
viability she is to take me and WAPA to see the new landing so we can adjust the distances. The weather
has been windy with rough seas that delayed her access. I have not seen nor do I have any information on
the new landing at this time. I have been patiently waiting even though a portion of my pay has been
withheld until this is completed.

We are going to Tortola with WAPA this week to finalize their landing site. GSJ stuff is ready except for land stuff which
Hugo needs to finish off, now WAPA is the critical path and we are moving on that, we have just been slowed down by
the awful seas which have prevailed the last month.
