See the updated we just received from Gulfstream below. Based on this, we should both plan to have all docs
and funds ready to close as early as Thursday, March 23rd. I will have the seller ready for that date. As it
gets closer we can always delay to the beginning of the following week if we need to.

• NLG Inspection status. In work due to be completed Wednesday
• Overall 75 % of physical review complete
• Overall 70% of records review complete
• Best estimated date of completion of all physical review items should be 03/16/17
• Best estimated date of issuance of ARCS report is 03/21/17
• There are no new significant items found and we don't expect to find any more large items from this
point.
