Just updating you on the CV you sent me relating to-- I have had a phone discussion with
him and our Russian MD has interviewed him. He is a smart young guy, though quite junior. His background
in very much in commercial / sales roles.
Therefore, the thinking is that the best fit for him in or organisation will be once we close one of the projects in
Russia and thus we have a business in Russia that we can bring him into rather than relocating him. Are you
ok with that approach?
