"This return is being filed solely to provide information pursuant to the Voluntary Program for Filing Delinquent
International Information Returns.
No additional tax is owed or due."
Once this change has been made, please email to melanie, copying Jeffrey, barry and me (pw protected). We will
get signed returns back to you asap. Let's also cancel my I lam visit to your office for the final review. Likely I'll
