The protection strategy is always the same. try to avoid unintended fires. if one starts put it out as quick as
possible , using at first, Standard Procedures. based on experience . no guarantee of success but increasing its
odds. ie When gigi first approached you, I told you , argued with you and eventually lost the argument ,after
you consulted with Karp , re immediatley taping the conversation. Normally its the first ,most emotional,
meeting . that gets the best results when it is played for the extortionist. I respect that you wanted legal advice
before accepting mine. . it turned into a blaze, and the lawyers eventually bought in. 6 months of hell. . same
for the reasonable cause letter that is virtually the same as the one i wrote in sept. . but did not give in to the
views of pesner , josh.s guy , okun, fenn, brad, barry, though it would have been easy.
