I will always do whatever I can to help you. ! that being said , no easy answer at this late stage. and if you
make projections they need to prove out. . the market will look for overly optimistic projections as a reason to
come down hard later this or early next year. delicate balance with local confidence in the future and the
markets desire to see conservative and met projections. . market will want a steady hand . . locals will want
hope.
