the appeal therefore should not be listed as a Party.

listed as an Appellee in the pending appeal from a sealed decision by J Sweet. Just making 100% sure I am not missing
anything — this is the Dershowitz appeal from the sealing decisions by J Sweet re Churcher and I intend to file a letter
with Court saying you are not a party to the proceedings below and should not be listed as an Appellee.
