I have had conversations with Mrs. Cerge about your offer of $300,000.
She isn't thrilled about accepting this price, especially since you had a contract for $326,000.
I will however, do my very best to get you this property at $300,000. However, I will only be able to
accomplish this if you submit a new signed ($300,000, cash) offer, which I will prepare, and include the
10% deposit, showing her that you are serious.
Please let me know if we are going to pursue this.
