Have you seen the attachment that Harry filed in court? It starts on the EXHIBIT B in the attachment.
Could you please let me know, if i can take some legal action about this? It is TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS.

Today I filed a petition with the Court in Massachusetts to ask for assistance in appointing a new independent
trustee to replace Max. You will receive a formal notification of the filing, as required by the Court. In the
meantime, I have attached a copy of the petition for you to review. As you can see, I do not believe that the trust
provides me with clear direction as to how to appoint a new trustee; I am hoping the Court can do so.
Jillian remains open to discussing this or any other concerns about the trust with your attorney.
