No not at all. Shk Hamad understands your need to have something ready to occupy, than wait for all the build
up and furnishings. It's totally ok don't worry about it. It's not the current seller is not motivated to sell, but it's
the season here which keeps every one busy with lot of activities and visits from family and friends. If you have
any other property for consideration, let me know so that I can visit the place and have an initial evaluation on
behalf of you, before you arrive.
