work as I would put my 2 Kids in 1 room and use the 3rd bedroom as a den/office. Apt is clean and

asking price is still 959,000. Kerry believes that it can be bought in low to mid 800's.

We also saw a unit in the biltmore which did have water views however it was not in good condition and
the asking price was 2,050,000 just reduced from 2,250,000. Unit was 1,815 sq feet but had poor flow as
it was railroad apt.
