We completed the single day of field work at GSJ and have assessed the amount of work required in order to
provide John Woods with an inventory of improvements. (I expect it to require approximately 10 days of field
work.) Please see the attached proposal for your review and approval; please note the deposit requirement. I'll
forward an invoice for the completed field work separately.
