Here is the summarized information about financing :
The Budget of the film is 3 Million Euros.
To complete the financing, we lack another 900k which we aim to dose in 300k equity investments, with a 20% Premium on
the investment and the pro rata backend :

-The sales agent will sell the film to territories after it has been shot.
Deal Terms on Equity:
20% premium on Equity Investment. (an amount of 20% on the Investment)
Net Profits:
Net Profit pool for equity is 50% of 100%; to be allocated pro rata parri passu to
individual equity investment.
Investor shall receive a net profit participation ("Net Profits") equal to 50% of the proportion of which
the Investment bears to the total amount of all recoupable cash equity receiving a share of Net Profits.
For example: If the Investment is EUR 250,000 and the total amount of equity is EUR 3,000,000 the
net profit participation for Investor is 4.166% of 100% of Net Profits.
Recoupment Schedule
First, Collection Agent fees and expenses (max. 1%);
Second, Guild residuals, if applicable;
Third, Sales Agent fees and expenses; ( the Sales Agent's fee is not more than 10% of gross
receipts for major territories (incl. US) and 15% of gross receipts for all other territories and the
marketing costs and any other expenses are capped at EUR 50,000,00.)
Fourth, Repayment of production loan plus premium thereon;
Fifth, Repayment of Investment plus premium thereon, pro rata and parri passu with
other equity;
Sixth: Deferments, if applicable (if above USD 250,000, only with Investor's prior written
approval);
Seventh: Net Profits.

Here's the information about The Aspern Papers, the film, adapted from Henry James' novel, that I
will direct in Venice in April 2017 with Vanessa Redgrave, Jonathan Rhys-
Meyers and Jamie Campbell Bower.
The Aspem Papers is a drama about obsession, grandeur lost, manipulation, dark erotic fantasies and dreams of adventure.
Venice 1885. Morton Vint (Jonathan Rhys-Meyers) an ambiguous young writer, fascinated by iconic Romantic poet
Jeffrey Aspem, (Byron/Shelley/Jamie Campbell Bower), strives to get his hand on the letters Aspern wrote to his beautiful
mistress, Juliana Bordereau, now an elderly Lady (Vanessa Redgrave) who lives in a Venetian palazzo with her niece Miss
Tina (Joely Richardson), whom she dominates and Morton will seduce... But do these letters really exist and what
scandalous information about Juliana and Aspem would they bring to the surface?
