I. the entire building needs to be up 30 inches to match the rest you should step up to it . 2. the front shold
align with the buildings as in the main compoound. ( not sure ). sliding doors max height? or should they be
on the rear wall. and just build large divided windows that open . lets you adjust the air as oppsed to either all
open .or all closed.

Attached is our first conceptual layout for the LSJ pool pavilion. As discussed, we have used the existing main
house as the architectural inspiration for the pavilion. The open pavilion is flanked by two "blu bit" stone
cottages on either end. The northern cottage will contain an office. The southern cottage will contain a spa. The
open pavilion in the middle will have the same arches as the main house. We are also recommending the
incorporation of a frameless sliding glass wall on the eastern side of the pavilion. This will allow the glass wall
to be completely open when the pool is not being used, preserving the openness of the eastern view. When
closed, it will be the desired windbreaker with no mullions obstructing the view. I have included a link to the
