Jeffrey — on Monday the Trustee filed an objection to the confirmation of the Plan on the basis of Blanket
Immunity given to Apollo for the actions taken by Caesars Apollo Directors in the transferring of assets between
the companies as reviewed in the Independent Examiners Report --I am sure Apollo has been told by Steve P that
all is ok and that the Plan will be confirmed with immunity in place — don't be surprised if the Trustee wins at the
hearings in January as I feared all along — this is not good news for Apollo -- I told you their cram down
wouldnt work I could have saved them hundreds of milllions but the lawyers didnt want any help - Nick
