A couple of items:
I. Attached, please find a first draft internal road map on how to get Artspace into the Art Partnership and off
Schedule C. We should discuss.
2. We can discuss 8865's on Apollo, non-BRH holdings after you reflect a little. Brad Karp and I would
probably examine these old holdings to make certain we're in compliance as the other family offices are doing.
3. As you know, I would like to set up that brief meeting with the senior members of the EY team that Jeff
Brodsky put together for us. As discussed, I would suggest December 7th at your house at a time between
3:00pm and 5:00pm. Can we pick a time?
