in the towns surrounding the defense contract manufanturers. 1000 people are emplyed making weapons.
those people each have a job and get a salary, they can buy food from the local grocer. pay local tax. the
grocer can hire his neighbors kid to mow his lawn. the kid pays tax . those local taxes go to the schools.
without the defense contractor. where do the jobs come from? where does the tax money to clean the local
street and pay the local fireman come from?
