Systems available today do not provide an ultimate solution with which a distressed individual may transmit directly from the scene of the event nor are they able to cope with large scale emergency events in which the networks fail due to the large volumes of traffic. 1.2 Our vision Reporty was designed to be able to provide a reliable, immediate and micro-location accurate response to various events throughout the country via a Real Time video based mobile platform which supported by indoor navigation system. This application will be made accessible to every citizen and will enable immediate live reporting, from the scene (Including Indoor spaces) of the events/hazards in their immediate vicinity, in a simple, intuitive and possibly lifesaving way. 1.3 Our solution Reporty is a micro location based real time video transmission application (Patented) - With a touch of a button the system relays the video feed to a control center (By location) which receives all different transmissions from various physical locations. I.7 Current status In the last 8 month Reporty team is working without an investment and reaches several goals: Technological achievements: 1. The software available for android and in about 3 month (After investment) wil ready for IDS. 2. C&C is under process — will be ready in the beginning of 2015. 3.
