Re: Public Records Request
Dear Ms. Cunningham:
In accordance with Chapter 119, Ha. Stat., I am requesting the following records from
your official files:
1) All records regarding police investigations concerning Jeffrey Epstein, including, but
not limited to Incident Report 05-00368, and taped statements from all witnesses and
alleged victims.
2) All records of financial or material contributions made by Mr. Epstein to the Town of
Palm Beach, including but not limited to the police department. "Records" for this
request includes copies of checks, receipts and correspondence of any kind.
3) Any correspondence pertaining to Mr. Epstein between former Chief of Police
Michael Reiter and Barry Krischer.
4) Any video or photographs of the house owned by Mr. Epstein at Brillo Way, Palm
Beach taken by your police department.
5) Any documents that consist of letters written by Chief Reiter to victims or parents of
victims of Mr. Epstein.
6) Audio surveillance of any kind of Mr. Epstein.
7) Building Department records of any kind for the home of Mr. Epstein at Brillo Way.
If the costs for duplicating these records exceed $100, please call me with an estimate
of the costs.
